Designing a stair ( understanding )

The floor height of a building is 2.80m and the depth of the stairwell is 3.50m

• Recommended the total number of steps to the stair . 
• Calculate the dimensions of steps and landing ( if required ) to the stair . 

SOulution

1. 2800 divide by 180 = 15.55, try 16
2. 2800 /16 =175 mm 
3. 3500 /15 = 233.33mm
4. (175 x 2 ) +233.33 = 583.33 
5. SInce the 2 riser plus 1 going of the stair is between 550 and 700mm , then no landing requires .
