DIsadvantage of precast concrete stair

• Less flexibility in design , all come in standard dimensions . 
• Make from different site section , less stability and strength . 
• Need stronger support from the surrounding walls or beam , either the wall make thicker . 
• cannot construct on non-loadbearing wall 
• If wound fix into position if didnt design accurately  .
