Conclusions

• A building may be considered as a " climate modifier " which shields the indoors environment from the external climate .
• Before designing a building in any place , the weahter changes from seasons to seasons ( example the climate ) must be well understood so that the building can be built to shelter peoiple all the year around .
• To assess the climate in a certain location , one must study the climate data & sometimes , make use o them for evaluating design options & determining design .
• Knowledge almost climatology & engineering design is required to achieve better understanding of the information & climate properties 
• Developers , architectts  & built environment designers are perhaps also part time climatologists .
